Some, that the first 10 amendments were prepared by the First Congress as a Bill of Rights; that the first amendment granted and guaranteed rights and freedoms and only to individuals; that the tenth is the States Rights' Amendment dealing with rights or responsibilities of State Governments; that the ninth simply added more individual rights not enumerated in Constitution; that the U.S. Government is a Democracy and a Self-Government with the people having privilege of mandates for domestic agendas with no prescribed powers granted to Congress; that the Government is the Public Sector and everything else is in the Private Sector, etc. All these lies now are considered fact, but factual truths can prove all to be myths.
