The more you work the more you make simple! My sister works 14+ hours a day so she makes more. She puts in more time and effort. Put less time make less effort. Ask for a raise and you might get it. If you don't ask for a raise then why would they give it to you? Seriously if women made less for same amount of work and time, men would be replaced. Women just have to shout out bs excuses.
