What We Choose

2 Sep 2008 /

I am so beautiful, sometimes people weep when they see me. And it has nothing to do with what I look like really, it is just that I gave myself the power to say that I am beautiful, and if I could do that, maybe there is hope for them too. And the great divide between the beautiful and the ugly will cease to be. Because we are all what we choose.

I agree with the overall sentiment, however it seems like a strange quote from her, other than the first sentence, considering she is a comedienne.

    Hi MS –

She’s also very political and this is a recurring theme for her. She’ll stand in front of the bullets for all the “ugly” girls who aren’t strong enough to do it themselves.

Such a martyr, eh? She might want to let someone else take a hit once in awhile!

The first time I saw her on TV, she had the funniest routine about talking with her mom about drugs. I wish I could find that online somewhere to view again.

one day she’ll realize there’s more to life than looking in the fucking mirror all the time complaining about her looks. and maybe come up with a joke that’s actually funny.
